Contact
One address, read by a person. There is no ticket system and no bot.
This is a side project, so replies usually take a day or two. Please do not send passport numbers, DS-160 numbers, case numbers or scans of documents — we do not want them and we will not store them.
What to write about
- A number looks wrong. Tell us which page and what you expected. We would much rather fix a figure than defend it.
- Remove something. If a case timeline or a group message relates to you and you want it gone, say which page it is on and roughly what it says. We do not need proof of identity, because we never held your identity in the first place.
- Press, research or partnership. Happy to talk about the dataset and how it is compiled.
What we cannot help with
- Your individual case. We have no access to any case, cannot look anything up, and cannot make a consulate move faster. Nobody outside the consulate can.
- Legal advice. We are not lawyers. For advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed immigration attorney.
- Anyone asking you for money to clear a case. If you have been approached by someone promising to resolve administrative processing for a fee, that is a scam, and it is worth reporting. We will never ask you for payment for anything.
