First issuances since 21 August: eight of the sixteen diversity visa plaintiffs re-interviewed on 17 September went to Issued on 25 September (one with three dependents), after the redone medicals were forwarded on 21 September and several last-updated changes. Passports were kept at the re-interview. Non-plaintiffs were reportedly re-interviewed on 24 September; no non-plaintiff outcome yet. Group report from a community member, not first-hand.
