London and the immigrant visa pause

At least one applicant who is not a plaintiff has received a case-specific instruction here. Last reported movement 2026-09-24.

Re-interviews with public-charge topics now reach non-plaintiffs and non-pause cases alike: an IR1 not from a pause country, interviewed 5 August and in administrative processing since, was emailed on 24 September a second interview for 8 October with only the new public-charge statement requested; an EB-2 from a pause country interviewed in July, and an EB-2 NIW interviewed in January, were emailed October re-interviews with an attachment listing housing plan, employment plan, health insurance and assets and liabilities. Cancelled 1 and 2 September appointments (two IR1, two K-1) were all rebooked on 23 September for 6 October, with the public-charge notice now mandatory. A pause-country IR1 cancelled for 26 August still has no date.
