Manila and the immigrant visa pause

Not a pause post. Cancelled dates from 26 August onward have no replacement: K-1s for 15 and 22 September and an IR1 for 27 August were still waiting on 25 September and the post is not answering. The post has told callers that immigrant visas are paused until 1 October; a third-hand report says rebooking will not start until the end of October.
