Tashkent and the immigrant visa pause

The EB-1 plaintiff re-interviewed on 23 September, one day after the email: three hours at the post, 15-20 minutes of questions (changes since January, employer, businesses and revenue, every bank account, education, the children's schooling, insurance coverage, health), then a new 221(g) for further administrative processing with a medical referral to follow. The other family present, not in any lawsuit and first interviewed in January, was also re-interviewed. An IR1 refused under the pause reports nothing yet.
