A diversity visa plaintiff first interviewed 1 April, re-interviewed 17 September, went Ready for a week, Administrative Processing on the 24th and Issued on 27 September, the first issuance at this post an applicant has reported first-hand. Of the seven plaintiffs re-interviewed on the 17th, six had passports returned and reportedly went to Issued within a day or two. Non-plaintiffs interviewed 1 February (F4) and in May (F2B, CEAC still Ready) report nothing.
